Each custom wig request is reviewed individually to determine design feasibility, material availability, pricing, and estimated completion time. Submit your ideas through the request form below, and we will prepare a personalized quote for your consideration.

How the custom wig process works

Complete the quote request form with your preferred wig style, color, length, texture, parting, decorative details, cap size, and reference images.

We review the design, materials, construction requirements, current workload, and any technical limitations.

We receive a response with:

  • Confirmation that the requested design can be created
  • The quoted price
  • The estimated completion time
  • Any recommended design adjustments
  • The period during which the quote remains valid

You may approve the quote, ask a question, or request a reasonable adjustment before payment.

After approval, you receive a customer-specific WooCommerce product link containing the agreed design specifications and quoted price.

Your place in the production schedule is reserved after full payment is received.

You receive an order confirmation and subsequent shipping notification through our Habiba Handmade Art website.

Reference images communicate your preferred direction. They do not guarantee an exact reproduction of another artist’s work, a human hairstyle, or a commercially manufactured wig. The final design is adapted for Smart Doll scale, available materials, and Habiba Handmade Art’s construction methods.
